To address this question Brainloop and The Chairman's Network have created a new forum, The Board Lab.
The Board Lab will comprise a series of events to look at overall board effectiveness, what it is, what influences it and how best to optimise it.

|Barry Gamble has been Chairman of NED debates on board performance evaluation, executive pay, women in the boardroom, the value of NED's and UK governance codes. Formerly Editor at Large of BoardRoom magazine, he writes and comments on board best practice and also acts as a board adviser, NED and Chairman.
