London: This is a Chairman's Network Coffee event for all Members/Fellows plus Guests. Invest 1.5 hours to start on a new and trusted relationship with up to 9 other peer group Members with specific focus on discussing Leadership and Development issues, as below.

Member Harry Rich is kindly hosting these events for us.

Member of the Chairman’s Network, Harry has thirty years leadership experience in the business, not-for-profit and public sectors. Most recently he was Chief Executive of RIBA and is founder of coaching and advisory firm More Potential and is an Accredited Executive Coach, business advisor and non-executive board member.

The first part of the event is introductions- your current and recent Board Roles and a bit about yourself!

The first three discussion subjects will be;-

  • How important are boundaries for non-executive directors and Chairs in relation to the executive team? Who decides who does what?
  • How much does organisational culture really matter and can we change it?
  • Do Directors, Chief Executives and Chairs need different experience, skills and behaviours?  What are they and can they be learnt?
