"What roles are most important in a technology start-up?"  w/Nic Pillow

As a start-up grows beyond its founder(s), what are the most important roles it needs in its team?

In this discussion we'll look specifically at start-ups that rely at least in part on custom technology, although their business could be in any sector.

Some roles might seem obvious - Sales or C.T.O., for example, though some start-ups do without.

And how do they rank compared to functions such as user experience design, marketing, customer success, CFO, product management, or even board Chair?
