Does Culture Really Matter to the Board?

Helping the Board understand culture and its impact on business performance.

Topic Overview: Culture oversight is rapidly becoming an important role for the Board. Yet while culture is a much written and talked about topic, it is poorly understood and often lacks a solid connection to tangible business outcomes. For the Board to use culture insights to help managers improve performance and  mitigate hidden risks, there must be a common understanding of how culture is formed, sustained, changed and how it impacts specific business issues. This webinar will help demystify culture and show Boards the importance of culture oversight.
